Welcome to Rinse365. By accessing or using our laundry and dry cleaning services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including customers who use our pickup and delivery services, those who visit our stores, and users of our website and mobile applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, phone, or at our store locations. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to process your garments according to our standard procedures.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be determined based on the weight, quantity, and type of garments submitted. Any promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned garments unless you have a subscription or credit account with us. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
All garments are inspected upon receipt. We will attempt to notify you of any pre-existing damage, stains, or special care requirements. However, some issues may only become apparent during the cleaning process.
We follow manufacturer care labels and industry best practices. If a garment lacks care instructions, we will use our professional judgment. We are not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate or missing care labels.
Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that item, or the fair market value of the item (whichever is lower), up to a maximum of ₹5,000 per item. We are not responsible for:
Our pickup and delivery service operates within designated service areas and time slots. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to hand over and receive garments during scheduled times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or access issues.
Any claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
To file a claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.

All content on our website, app, and marketing materials, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Rinse365 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward our staff, or any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
