Our Promise

At Rinse365, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with our service, we'll make it right. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, re-cleaning, and garment protection.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning results:

  • Free Re-cleaning: We'll re-clean the item at no additional cost
  • Quality Review: Our quality team will personally inspect the item
  • Full Refund: If re-cleaning doesn't resolve the issue, we'll refund the cleaning cost

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for re-cleaning or refund.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Pickup

You can cancel your order anytime before our valet picks up your clothes. No charges will apply.

2.2 After Pickup

Once your clothes have been picked up:

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Quality issues not resolved through re-cleaning
  • Lost items (verified through our tracking system)
  • Significant damage caused by our processing
  • Overcharging or billing errors
  • Service not delivered as promised

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for: pre-existing damage, color bleeding due to garment quality, shrinkage within industry standards, items without care labels, stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts, or items unclaimed for 30+ days.

6. Garment Damage & Loss

6.1 Damage Compensation

If your garment is damaged during our care:

  • Minor damage: Free repair or cleaning cost refund
  • Major damage: Compensation up to 10x the cleaning cost (max ₹5,000)
  • Valuable items: Declare value at pickup for enhanced coverage

6.2 Lost Items

In the rare event an item is lost:

  • We'll conduct a thorough search of our facility
  • If not found within 7 days, compensation will be provided
  • Compensation: Up to 10x cleaning cost or fair market value (whichever is lower)

7. Subscription Refunds

For subscription plan customers:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund minus services used
  • After 7 days: Pro-rata refund for unused portion
  • Cancellation: Can cancel anytime, no penalties

Subscription benefits and discounts will be forfeited upon cancellation.

8. Wallet & Credits

Rinse365 wallet credits and promotional credits:

  • Wallet balance is non-refundable but can be used for future orders
  • Promotional credits expire as per their terms
  • Membership recharges are non-refundable after first use

9. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with the resolution offered:

  • Request escalation to our Customer Experience Manager
  • We'll review your case within 5 business days
  • Final decision will be communicated in writing

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and amicably.
