We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning results:
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for re-cleaning or refund.
You can cancel your order anytime before our valet picks up your clothes. No charges will apply.
Once your clothes have been picked up:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Refunds will NOT be provided for: pre-existing damage, color bleeding due to garment quality, shrinkage within industry standards, items without care labels, stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts, or items unclaimed for 30+ days.
